medium roast +!

I search for organic coffee and Grassroots has several. This Honduras Marcala is nicely roasted but I would say it is a medium + finish. Nice aromas, good acidity, grounded before brew, french press.

Really love this medium roast organic coffee! Perfect flavor and roast for those who enjoy their coffee black.

Honduras Marcala

This is one of my favorite roasts because I can taste the chocolate and notes of honey and cherry. I grind the beans right before I brew the coffee in my Moccamaster and it makes a really smooth and delicious cup of coffee.

Love this coffee!!

My wife and I truly enjoy this as our morning coffee. Such full flavor and brightness.
