Whole Bean Coffee

We order our whole bean coffee green from a small company called Theta Ridge Coffee. Theta Ridge imports their green coffees directly from the country of origin, which is our way of cutting out some of the middle men that other shops have to use to get their coffee in the store.  We roast each coffee differently, in order to bring out the flavor profiles of each one.

Brazil Cerrado - smooth milk chocolate, walnut finish with a Full body

Colombia Sumpremo - chocolate, nutty, mild lemon, clean finish and medium body 

Costa Rica Tarrazu - lemon, pecan, slightly floral, medium body

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe - orange, sweet tangerine, tea-like body, complex profile

Guatemala Antigua - aromatic, smoky, spicy, medium body

Sumatra Mandheling - earthy, dark chocolate, musty, black pepper, fullest body

Tanzania Peaberry (PB) - medium body, winey taste, rich finish

Grassroots Blend - A blend of South American and African Coffees that is as complex as it is delicious! Notes of chocolate and citrus make this a well rounded cup. 

Bean Me Up Scotty! Blend -A blend of South and Central American coffees that is clean, floral with just the right touch of chocolate and body. 

Espresso Blend - A blend that is as complex as the variety of ways to enjoy it! With just the right balance of citrus, caramel, and chocolate it is sure to please whether as an espresso alone or in your favorite flavored latte.
